Meaning: Card of artisans and craftsmen. A labour of love. Apprenticeship. The harder you work, the better you’ll become. Maintain a healthy work/life balance. Risk of burning out. 

Reversed: being wrapped up in the idea of perfection. Reality not living up to your ideas. Let go of “perfect” to succeed. Learn to be okay with “good enough”.
